Your ceremony should feel intimate, calm and completely personal. No pressure. No expectations. I will get to know you, understand your reasons for choosing an elopement and craft a script that feels modern, meaningful and unmistakably yours.

how we will work together

We begin with a relaxed discovery call so you can put a voice (and a face) to the name and chat through what you imagine for your elopement. No pressure. No sales pitch. Just a warm, easy conversation about the two of you and the kind of moment you want to create.

If it feels like a match, I will pop your date in my diary and we will fix a time to meet again, either in person or online. This is where we dig into the fun stuff, the ideas, the tone, the feeling you want in your ceremony.
If you decide to go ahead, I will send over a simple agreement and an invoice for the first payment, which is 50% percent of the total fee. Once this is signed and the payment is made, your date is officially yours.
The remaining balance will be due 12 weeks before your ceremony or when your final script is ready, whichever comes first. Everything will be kept clear, calm and fuss free from start to finish.

Next, I will send you a thoughtfully put together questionnaire with a series of questions and prompts. It is a relaxed Q&A style guide designed to help you tell your story in your own words, at your own pace.
The questions cover how you met, what you love about one another, the people who matter most to you, and what you want your ceremony to feel like.
Many couples tell me they really enjoy this part. It is a chance to reflect, smile, and share things you may not have put into words before.

This is where I wander into my creative corner with a cuppa and begin shaping your ceremony. You will have your own space to message me, share ideas or ask questions whenever they pop into your mind.
Some couples love extra chats. Others prefer a few quick messages. Whatever suits your style is perfect.

Your first draft is always a special moment. It is the point where everything begins to take shape. We will refine it together until it feels warm, natural and completely you. No limits. No fuss.

If you would like, we can meet at your venue before the day. We will chat through logistics, walk the space and get everything feeling calm and organised.

On the day, I will arrive in good time, check the space, breathe with you and help everything feel steady.
Your elopement is my only focus that day. No juggling. No rushing. Just calm guidance, warm encouragement and a smile that says you can relax and take it all in.

My fee covers the full creation of your bespoke ceremony, including planning meetings, script writing, unlimited edits, and delivery on the day.

Vow Guidance
If you are writing your own vows, I will guide you with simple, helpful advice to keep things natural and true to you.
Unlimited drafts
Your ceremony script will be refined until it feels perfect. No limit on edits.
Supplier and venue liaison
I will speak with your venue and suppliers so everyone knows the plan. My event background keeps everything running calmly.
Location visit
Optional, but a helpful chance to walk the space and feel everything settle into place.
Exclusivity on the day
I only book one ceremony per day so you have my full attention, warmth and care.
Keepsake script
A printed copy of your ceremony script to keep and look back on in years to come.
