Picture your wedding ceremony. The music starts, your people are smiling and there is that buzz of excitement in the air. You pause, take it all in and think this is our moment.

Your ceremony should feel warm, relaxed and completely you. No awkward bits. No generic lines. I will get to know you, learn your story and craft a script that feels modern, full of personality and unmistakably yours.

how we will work together

We start with a relaxed discovery call so you can put a voice (and a face) to the name and see if I feel like the right celebrant for you. No pressure, no awkward pitch. Just a genuine chat about your plans, your story and what you imagine for your ceremony.

If it feels like a match, I will pop your date in my diary and we will fix a time to meet again, either in person or online. This is where we dig into the fun stuff, the ideas, the tone, the feeling you want in your ceremony.
If you decide to go ahead, I will send over a simple agreement and an invoice for the first payment, which is 50% percent of the total fee. Once this is signed and the payment is made, your date is officially yours.
The remaining balance will be due 12 weeks before your ceremony or when your final script is ready, whichever comes first. Everything will be kept clear, calm and fuss free from start to finish.

Next, I will send you a thoughtfully put together questionnaire with a series of questions and prompts. It is a relaxed Q&A style guide designed to help you tell your story in your own words, at your own pace.
The questions cover how you met, what you love about one another, the people who matter most to you, and what you want your ceremony to feel like.
Many couples tell me they really enjoy this part. It is a chance to reflect, smile, and share things you may not have put into words before.

This is where I disappear into my creative corner with a cuppa and start writing your ceremony. You will have your own little space to message me, share ideas or ask questions.
Some couples love extra meet ups, others prefer a few quick messages. Whatever works for you is perfect, I will happily accommodate.

Your first draft always feels special. It is the moment your ceremony starts to take shape. We will refine it together until it feels completely right. No limit on edits. No stress. Just a ceremony that sounds like you.

If you would like, we can meet at your venue before the day. We will chat through logistics, walk the space and get everything feeling calm and organised.

On the day, I will be there nice and early to check everything, greet your guests, support your wedding party and help you both feel relaxed.
Your ceremony is my only focus that day. No juggling. No rushing. Just steady support, gentle encouragement and a big beaming smile.

My fee covers the full creation of your bespoke ceremony, including planning meetings, script writing, unlimited edits, and delivery on the day.

Bespoke ceremony script
Written word for word by me, shaped entirely around your story, your tone and what matters most to you both.
Relaxed first meeting
Either in person or via a video call, so we can get to know each other and chat through the ideas you already have.
Your story questionnaire
A set of thoughtful questions that help me learn the good bits, the small moments, the laughs and the things that make your relationship yours.
Unlimited support
Messages, calls, meet ups or voice notes. Whatever you need, I am here throughout your planning.
Ideas and inspiration
Music, readings, symbolic elements, faith-based touches or anything that holds meaning for you. If you want ideas, I have plenty.
Vow guidance
If you are writing your own vows, I will guide you with simple, helpful advice to keep things natural and true to you.
Unlimited drafts
Your ceremony script will be refined until it feels perfect. No limit on edits.
Supplier and venue liaison
I will speak with your venue and suppliers so everyone knows the plan. My event background keeps everything running calmly.
Venue visit or rehearsal
Optional, but often helpful, especially if family or friends are involved.
Exclusivity on the day
I only book one ceremony per day, so your wedding has my full attention. I will arrive early, settle into the space, check in with your wedding party and help you feel relaxed.
Keepsake script
After your wedding, you will receive a printed copy of your ceremony script to keep and look back on in years to come.
